We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right near a main road and train tracks, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The service was top-notch, with room service, laundry facilities, and tours/ticket assistance available. The room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We loved the cozy sitting area and the relaxing terrace. The rooms were soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The free toiletries and the presence of an AM/FM alarm clock and flat-screen TV were a nice touch. The carpeted and parquet floors added a touch of elegance to the room. The dining options were superb, with a restaurant, bar/lounge area, breakfast, snack bar. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, such as the spa & wellness centre, sauna, and sun terrace. We recently enjoyed a romantic escape to this quaint hotel nestled in the Austrian Alps. The views of the mountains were breathtaking and the decor was charmingly rustic. We also appreciated the free parking and the fact that there was wifi available in the public areas. The breakfast spread was delicious and featured local specialties.

It was quite warm in the room and there was no air conditioning. , the noise from the nearby road and train tracks kept us up at night.
